Sweet Bites Cakes & Pastries

After I resigned from my work for almost 6 years, Hubby and I decided that I should learn cake baking as a start for our business. Since MIL already has small bakery, I asked her if she can teach me the basics in baking. Since she is using pre-mix, I tried to bake using raw materials. I never thought that I would enjoy baking. It was never that hard as i thought it would be. The first thing I did was Sponge Cake with Meringue Icing that i got from the internet. The cake was delicious though the sponge cake was not spongy as it has to be. So the next day, I did some improvements on the ingredient and it went well, same thing with the Chiffon cake.

After 15 days of baking, my MIL decided that i should continue her bakery. I was thrilled with the idea so I already said yes. We named it " SWEET BITES CAKES & PASTRIES".

It's been nearly 3 months and the business it doing well. We deliver not only in schools but also in other companies in Manila.
